WeCare Shipping JA is a logistics company providing international shipping and local delivery services. By using our services customers agree to the terms outlined below. These terms ensure transparency, protect both parties and uphold the integrity of our operations.
Services Offered.
WeCareShipping JA provides:
Free U.S mailbox for online shopping and freight forwarding.
Air freight shipping from US to Jamaica
Local delivery options.
Online shopping assistance.
Registration & Customer Responsibility.
Customers must register with ACCURATE information (name, address, email, tel number)
Customers MUST include their unique mailbox number in LINE 2 of the shipping address when ordering items. Failure to do so will result in packages being loss or unknown.
WeCare is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or missing customer information.
Customer must specify whether it's standard or express shipping they are using.
Customers MUST upload their receipt for EVERY package purchased. This must be done using their customer portal pre-alert section. Failure to do so will result in delay at customs.
Shipping , Delivery & Storage
WeCare is not responsible for packages before they arrive at our warehouse and after they have been collected.
If packages are not collected within 14 days after being mark ready for Pick-up. A storage fee of $100 will be added for storage per day. After 1 month uncollected packages will be auctioned or disposed of.
WeCare delivers to Ocho Rios and St. Ann's Bay and surrounding areas. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather or carrier issues.
WeCare is not liable for any damages from the warehouse to the point of delivery to Us.
Prohibited Items
WeCare does not accept or ship
Firearms, ammunition, explosives
Perishable goods or live animals.
Hazardous materials (chemicals, flammable liquids)
Counterfeit or pirated items
Items restricted by Jamaican customs.
Custom Duties & Fees
Duties and taxes are assessed by Jamaican customs and are the customer's responsibility to pay.
Any item over $100 will attract custom fee and is payable by the customer.
Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Method: cash on delivery and bank transfer
Payment is required before delivery if payment is via bank transfer.
Bank transfer must be done from JN to JN or JMMB to JMMB. Other bank can be used but payment will be delayed depending on the time the transaction was made.
Liability and Claims
WeCare is not liable for damages caused by third party carriers or customs.
Claims for missing packages must be submitted within 48 hours.
Refund and Cancelations.
Refunds are issued for overpayment or services not rendered.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once items is in transit.
Cancelation must be requested before the item is shipped to the US warehouse.
Privacy & Data Use.
Customers data is used solely for shipping, billing and communication.
WeCare does not sell or share personal information with third parties.
All data is storedsecurely and handled in accordance with Jamaican privacy law.
Amendments
WeCare may update these terms periodically.
Customers will be notified via email or website updates.
Continue use of service implies acceptance of updated terms.
